IT business analyst

With this new professional challenge, you will be able to demonstrate your talent through the following missions:

• Facilitate collaborative workshops for gathering business requirements
• Map business processes involving good mastery of process modeling and BPMN notation
• Write detailed functional specifications/ User stories
• Assist the Product Owner in their activities
• Support technical teams (development team, product integrator, ...) in understanding the expected solution
• Perform integration tests
• Support the business during the acceptance phase (UAT)

For our professional excellence, you will bring:

• 3 to 6 years minimum experience in business analysis in the IT field
• Higher education degree in computer science (Engineering School / HES / Master or equivalent)
• Experience in an IT services company desired
• French native language
• Excellent command of English (written / oral)
• Swiss or European nationality
• Sense of service and commitment
• Product Owner experience, an asset
• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification, a plus
• Proven experience in test coordination
• Ability to integrate, to work in a team, to collaborate and to unite teams
