This is the contribution you can make • Advising supervisors on all matters relating to the employee lifecycle • Supporting supervisors with personnel budgeting • Accompanying restructuring and transformation projects as well as active participation in management meetings • Responsibility for the implementation of HR processes according to the applicable standards and regulations • Active participation in the further development of HR processes within the framework of projects and working groups What makes you unique • Completed studies in the field of Human Resources and Business Administration (FH/University) with a federal diploma (eidg.
