Sales Professional 50% to 100% (m/f/d) with affinity and passion for sport

Introduction

Several positions in sales are being filled for a modern specialist sports retailer with a strong focus on customer experience and personal responsibility. The role combines consulting, goods management, and active participation in shaping the sales floor. We are looking for sport-affine personalities who bring energy and enjoy taking on responsibility.

Tasks

• You actively advise customers and find suitable solutions regarding sport and equipment
• You ensure an appealing presentation of the products and ensure their availability
• You accompany the entire sales process and also support at the cash desk
• You take responsibility for your area and actively contribute to revenue development
• You organize your daily work independently and set priorities in day-to-day business
• You work closely with your team and ensure a harmonious shopping experience

Profile

• You enjoy direct customer contact and ideally have an affinity for sport
• You appear open, solution-oriented, and friendly
• You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• You are flexible in your deployment and ready to work on Saturdays as well
• You think ahead, act proactively, and implement ideas in everyday life
• You have good German language skills for clear communication
