Berghaus Nagens, located at 2'127 meters above sea level in the LAAX ski resort, is one of the largest mountain houses in the Swiss Alps. With its cozy and rustic ambiance, a hostel with 82 beds, 560 indoor and 700 terrace seats, a café and evening bar, as well as a team of 45 employees, we offer our guests a unique mountain experience.
In the integrated Freeride Base, we place special emphasis on an innovative plant-based cuisine that pampers our guests with vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as a varied salad buffet.

What you move

• You take over food and beverage service during daily business
• You look after and advise our guests in a friendly and competent manner
• You clear the tables and ensure a clean guest area
• You assist in the preparation of drinks
• You ensure that the snack display case and the beverage refrigerators are always sufficiently replenished
• You take over tasks in the dishwashing area
• You help with the setup and dismantling of the terrace and take over snow removal if required
• You carry out various cleaning tasks

What characterizes you

• You have professional experience in a catering business
• You speak fluent German and/or English
• You are communicative and open when dealing with guests
• You enjoy working in a lively, multicultural business
• You remain calm and flexible in stressful situations and convince with a conscientious, physically resilient and pragmatic hands-on mentality
• You are a team player with a clean, careful and reliable way of working
• You can use accommodation on the mountain or in the valley
