Your Impact ##

• Review of contractual documents and advising engagement teams. This also includes explaining the associated risks as well as independence requirements.
• You ensure that all services meet internal and external standards.
• You identify potential risks independently, propose suitable measures for risk mitigation, and participate in discussions on risk identification and mitigation.
• Support of practical training as well as the creation of training materials to train colleagues throughout the entire advisory practice.
• Help ensure that processes and documentation are always up to date with regulatory developments, both internally and externally.
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders - including Legal, the Independence Office, and international R&Q teams - to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support of the annual compliance and quality review process. Additionally, you contribute to ensuring the high standards of PwC.

Your Skill Set ##

• Education and/or initial professional experience in the field of Finance, Audit, or Law - with an interest in Risk Management, Quality, and Compliance.
• Strong analytical skills as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative personality with the ambition to continuously develop yourself.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Experience in Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance is an advantage.
