Your tasks:

You lead and supervise the team both professionally and personally together with the store management and support and promote the employees
You are co-responsible for the appearance and performance of the branch and implement necessary actions in consultation with the store management
You ensure competent, comprehensive and sympathetic advice
You manage the goods on the sales floor as well as in the warehouse
You take customer orders and carry out exchanges using our digital devices (smartphones & service stations)

Your profile:

You have completed basic training, ideally in the fashion & mode sector
Ideally, you already bring initial leadership experience and your readiness to provide service underlines your professional experience
You are not only interested in the products, but possess the ability to understand our customers and fulfill their wishes
You have a doer mentality, are open-minded and communicative and possess the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
You enjoy working hand in hand, support your team, are appreciative and motivated to progress together
