This is what your new daily work with us looks like
Co-responsibility for the personnel, technical, and organizational leadership of the Electrical Engineering department with around 20 employees
Leadership, guidance, and development of employees with disabilities
Optimization of processes, resources, and workflows
Responsibility for order processing, material procurement, inventory, and warehouse management
Maintenance of relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
Collaboration with internal specialist departments
Ensuring economical service delivery as well as compliance with legal and internal specifications
Taking on the function as a practical trainer
What we wish for from you
Completed vocational training as Elektroniker:in EFZ, Automatiker:in EFZ, Automatikmonteur:in EFZ or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the electrotechnical environment as well as initial leadership experience
High identification with working for and with people with disabilities
Strong social competence as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
Good IT user knowledge, ideally experience with Abacus
German language skills in spoken and written form
Further training in the social sector or willingness to acquire corresponding competencies
