Assistant in community care and health at 80%

Our Foundation operates two medico-social establishments, one with a geriatric reception mission with a CAT and the other with an advanced age psychiatry (PAA) reception mission

We are looking for our site in La Sarraz

for an ASSC at 80% for the support of 32 residents, advanced age psychiatry mission

Your mission

• You ensure the services delegated to you while respecting the support objectives of each resident
• You establish a relationship of trust with relatives
• You collaborate with the teams in interdisciplinarity for the well-being of the residents
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our care practices
• You participate in the development and follow-up of the support project
• You work in pairs with the nurses

Your profile

• CFC of ASSC or a title deemed equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Comfortable with usual IT tools
