Project Manager Development Participate Management of smaller projects related to organization, quality, and processes Responsibility for projects from initialization to successful completion, including transfer into operations Planning and controlling projects with regard to deadlines, quality, and resources Development of practical solution concepts together with internal and external stakeholders Coordination of various stakeholder groups as well as ensuring target-group-oriented communication Independent gathering of information, driving decisions, and following up on agreed tasks Requirements 1–2 years of experience in project management, ideally in healthcare Communicative personality who understands how to analyze customer requirements, develop solution concepts, and implement them successfully Good (self-)organization, willingness to learn, and an independent way of working are natural for you You feel comfortable in an evolving environment and act pragmatically and with initiative even when processes are not yet fully defined. You drive projects forward independently, actively gather the necessary information, and maintain an overview even with differing priorities of various stakeholder groups. Persuasion and consistent follow-up are natural for you. Successfully completed higher vocational training or further education; a (part-time) degree in health economics or business administration is an advantage.
