Your mission:

• Enthusiastic advice to customers when selecting the perfect smartphone and accessories
• Receipt and processing of customer requests and complaints
• Careful checking of orders and deliveries
• Attractive presentation of products in the shop

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (EFZ/ EBA) in retail / sales
• Service-oriented and enjoy customer contact and sales
• (CH)-German as a native language and good English skills
• Sympathetic appearance with an impeccable reputation
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products
