Project Manager as Client Representative (80%-100%) With over 146’000 insured persons and 433 affiliated employers, BVK is the largest pension fund in Switzerland. Responsible investing is an integral part of the investment activity. For our construction management, we are looking for support immediately or by arrangement. What your main tasks are Overall responsibility for project management from project design to commissioning Ensuring target specifications regarding costs, quality, deadlines and sustainability across all project phases Independent development of decision-making bases and creation of applications Contract management and timely procurement Reporting, budgeting and controlling support Support with repositioning, renovations and conversions Quality assurance and further development of processes and tools Support with analyses, data evaluations and organizational development What you bring Completed studies as an architect/civil engineer ETH/FH, additional training in project management, sustainability or business administration is an advantage Several years of experience as a client representative and/or in project management in CH Proficient German in spoken and written form, French skills very desirable Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead complex projects Ability to work independently, structured and solution-oriented Very good knowledge of project and construction process management, demonstrable architectural and construction engineering knowledge as well as sound legal knowledge (construction, contract law) and Swiss standards Competence in the economic assessment of construction projects and construction economics (construction cost/yield ratio, benchmarking) Interest in leading projects in Romandie and German-speaking Switzerland Integrative personality with high commitment, persuasiveness, motivation and assertiveness What we offer Working on the owner side Attractive working and employment conditions (incl.
