Living diversity Your area of responsibility ## • You independently manage mandates for autonomous and partially autonomous company-owned pension funds as well as collective foundations • Supporting the Foundation Board in strategic concepts and the development of plan specifications is also part of your tasks, as is the preparation and implementation of Foundation Board meetings, including minutes • In close cooperation with authorities, reinsurers, auditing firms, pension fund experts, and other partners, you ensure smooth coordination • You are responsible for creating the annual business report, the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26, as well as for expert opinions, risk analyses, and investment reports, including ALM studies and IAS reports • The smooth execution of all tasks in pension fund administration and the assurance of operational business are at the center of your responsibility Living potential ## • You convince with an engaged, team-capable, and resilient personality with a high degree of personal responsibility • An entrepreneurial and service-oriented way of thinking characterizes your actions • You have completed training as a certified pension fund manager or have a comparable qualification and have in-depth experience in occupational pension provision • Your pronounced leadership qualities, social skills, and strong communication skills enable you to successfully interact with various stakeholders • You have a command of German at a native level; very good French skills ideally round out your profile Your place of work ## Zentweg 13, 3006 Bern Your contact ## Talent Acquisition Partner Petra Bärtsch contact form
