Freight Forwarding Agent Healthcare (m/f/d)

With your work, you make an important contribution to healthcare and ensure that patients, medical institutions, and companies can rely on functioning supply chains.

How you contribute

• Coordination of international transports in a regulated healthcare environment
• Monitoring of shipments and proactive action in case of deviations
• Ensuring compliance with logistics processes and quality standards
• Support in the optimization of transport and process workflows
• Close cooperation with customers, partners, and internal interfaces
• Support with operational challenges and escalations
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all parties involved

What distinguishes you

• Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in international freight forwarding or transport logistics
• Experience in at least one mode of transport (land transport, air or sea freight)
• Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or MedTech environment is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High customer orientation as well as strong quality awareness
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
