Job Description

• Leadership and coordination of the team in the areas of cleaning and dishwashing kitchen
• Deployment and holiday planning of the employees
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Participation in daily operational business
• Control of work processes and optimization of processes
• Contact person for employees and supervisors

Requirement Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function
• Mandatory experience in the food sector
• Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Independent and structured way of working
• Assertiveness as well as high social competence
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for flexible working hours
