We are recruiting a Financial Manager to strengthen the IT department of our client located in Genève. If you are ready to take on a new challenge, this offer is for you.

Responsibilities :

As a Financial Manager, you are in charge of the quarterly accounting verification and the annual closing. In addition, you manage compliance with regulatory equity and the closing of financial statements for real estate funds. You take care of internal control systems and related processes (ICS). You coordinate and lead external audits, and manage treasury in all its aspects. You are also in charge of reporting and management control (internal reporting, implementation of dashboards, KPI). You monitor tax and fund obligations and regulatory monitoring.

Profile:

• Degree in finance
• Experience in a similar position
• Experience in audits
• Excellent mastery of FINAM requirements
• Very good knowledge of real estate
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent French mandatory
