OWNER / MANAGING DIRECTOR in the extended automotive environment (m/f) Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the economic fortunes of the company, which currently comprises two employees (a thorough transition or introductory phase is guaranteed) Operational management and development of a sustainable growth strategy as well as its versatile implementation Coordination of various sales businesses and extensive commercial processes Active participation in challenging customer projects, sales processes and market development measures Ensuring a value-driven, dynamic and successful business policy including product evaluation (hardware and software) Your profile: Technical/industrial basic training from the fields of automotive, mechanical/metal, building technology or comparable, with further training towards business administration and/or marketing being a great advantage Several years of specialist and possibly leadership experience in a technical/industrial environment (preferably from the automotive, mechanical engineering, medtech or IT hardware sector) Track record in connection with a comprehensive sales and/or management function in a local SME, pronounced desire for independent ownership (bank loan is planned, estimated equity approx. 200'000.--) Perfect German in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage, high willingness to travel in (German) Switzerland Entrepreneurial, decisive personality, age 35 to 55, residing in the greater Zurich/Eastern Switzerland region, local, personal anchoring in the region desirable Can I inspire you to take THE decisive role in a competent and versatile SME with character and personality?
