The Technical Concierge of Station R & UniverCité is responsible for the smooth daily operation of the site's infrastructure, equipment, and common areas, including the makerspace. They ensure routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, coordination of technical interventions, as well as the small repairs necessary to maintain a high-quality environment for work, innovation, and reception. Through their regular presence on the ground, they serve as a privileged interlocutor for site users, external companies, and management. They monitor the general condition of the buildings and actively contribute to their enhancement. ________________________________________ 1. Technical maintenance and preventive maintenance Responsibilities • Ensure regular checks of the building's technical installations. • Perform inspection rounds according to a predefined schedule. • Monitor the proper functioning of systems: o heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), o electrical installations, o indoor and outdoor lighting, o sanitary installations, o elevators, o security and access control systems, o basic audiovisual equipment. • Implement a preventive maintenance program to reduce the risk of failure and optimize the lifespan of equipment. • Keep maintenance logs and intervention reports up to date. • Quickly report any anomaly likely to affect the safety or operation of the premises. ________________________________________ 2. Internal building management Responsibilities • Ensure daily monitoring of the general condition of common areas. • Ensure the cleanliness and good presentation of the infrastructure in coordination with cleaning companies. • Control access and report any unusual situation. • Participate in the logistical organization of events organized on the site. • Ensure the setup and clearing away of certain spaces according to needs. • Manage stocks of technical consumables and small equipment. • Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures. ________________________________________ 3. Coordination with external companies Responsibilities • Be the operational contact for service providers and mandated companies. • Organize and coordinate external technical interventions. • Welcome intervening companies and facilitate their access to the relevant installations. • Control the quality of services performed. • Verify the conformity of executed work with the requests made. • Request quotes, compare offers, proposals for interventions • Invoice follow-up • Ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts under the supervision of management. • Obtain and transmit useful technical information to site managers. ________________________________________ 4. Routine repairs and interventions Responsibilities Independently perform small repairs and routine maintenance work, notably: • replacement of light bulbs and simple luminaires, • light locksmith repairs, • adjustments of doors and windows, • replacement of simple sanitary elements, • assembly and disassembly of furniture, • authorized small electrical repairs, • painting and touch-up work, • Access management • general DIY interventions, • first-level maintenance of technical equipment. • management of the makerspace, access control, machine maintenance, organization of courses. The interventions requiring specialized skills or subject to specific regulations will be entrusted to qualified companies. ________________________________________ 5. Security and incident management Responsibilities • Participate in the general surveillance of the buildings. • Immediately report any situation presenting a risk to people or property. • Contribute to the application of emergency procedures. • Participate in security exercises and regulatory inspections. • Provide a first level of response during technical incidents. ________________________________________ 6. Sought profile Training and experience • Technical training in a building, maintenance, or real estate management trade. • Proven experience in a similar function. • General knowledge in electricity, sanitary, locksmithing, carpentry, and technical maintenance. Required skills The position primarily requires strong practical and manual competence.
