• Personnel administration throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Advising employees and managers on HR administration questions
• Creation of employment contracts, confirmations and work certificates
• Maintenance of personnel and master data
• Management of the HR systems UKG, Swiss Salary
• Participation in HR projects
• Optimization and digitalization of HR processes

The basis of your performance: ###

• Completed commercial training as well as experience in personnel administration
• Further training in human resources is an advantage (HR Assistant / HR Clerk or similar)
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
