ICT System Engineer Operations 80-100 % St. Gallen, St. Gallen-Winkeln, Kloten or Bern

You maintain complex Microsoft customer infrastructures and ensure secure, stable, and efficient operations. In doing so, you contribute your expertise to the further development of our IT systems and work closely with internal stakeholders and customers.  For our locations St. Gallen, St. Gallen-Winkeln, Kloten or Bern we are looking for a committed personality as an ICT System Engineer as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. Your role ## • Automation of processes ServiceNow (JavaScript) and Gitlab, Ansible AWX  • Further development of customer environments On-Premise and Cloud environments  • Administration and operation of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows 11  • Intune and SCCM management for device and software control  • Construction and maintenance of server environments  • 2nd/3rd-level support including incident and problem management  • Maintenance of Windows server services (AD, DHCP, GPO, Printservice)  • Integration of new customer locations into the existing infrastructure  • Participation in IT projects for the further development of the system landscape  • Implementation of security guidelines and participation in on-call service Your profile ## • Completed IT training or comparable qualification (e.g., HF, FH, federal diploma)  • Powershell, JavaScript, Ansible  • Sound knowledge of Windows servers, clients, M365 and Azure  • Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn  • Enjoyment of customer consulting and professional appearance  • Fluent German skills in spoken and written (C1-level)  • Readiness for on-call availability and for working in dynamic environments Your benefits ## • Up to 60 % home office possible with a 100 % workload  • Vacation purchase (2 weeks per year)  • 41h week with flexible working hours with a full-time workload  • Min. 25 days vacation per year  • Support for further training 100 % financially or temporally  • Free SBB Half-Fare card for all employees  We maintain an open "Du" culture - so feel free to send us your application directly using the "Du" form.
