You are our final puzzle piece that completes our puzzle. For our customer in the Bern metropolitan area, we are looking for a motivated Production Manager Joinery for Try & Hire, effective immediately.

• Planning, controlling and monitoring the entire production
• Leadership and coordination of the production team
• Ensuring punctuality, quality and efficiency in manufacturing
• Optimization of production processes and workflows
• Material planning and cooperation with purchasing and project management
• Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with quality standards
• Support with technical questions and production solutions

REQUIREMENTS ####

• Completed training as a Schreiner/Tischler EFZ, ideally with further training as a Werkmeister, Production Manager or comparable
• Several years of experience in joinery production
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• High quality orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
