Participate

• Accompanying, promoting and qualifying FaGe apprentices and NDS Emergency Nursing students in the versatile environment of the emergency center
• Planning, designing and evaluating competence-oriented learning processes including progress meetings, proofs of competence and practical final examinations
• Supporting and advising the nursing team in accompanying apprentices and students as well as ensuring high-quality training
• Active participation in shared leadership as well as co-shaping projects and the further development of the emergency center
• Working in clinical emergency nursing as a Dipl. Expert Emergency Nursing NDS HF

Bring

• Diploma as an Expert Emergency Nursing NDS HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland as well as professional experience in emergency nursing
• SVEB Certificate Instructor Level 1 or willingness to complete this
• Knowledge of the Swiss educational system in healthcare
• Enjoyment in accompanying and developing FaGe apprentices and NDS Emergency Nursing students as well as strong communication skills and empathy
• Independent and structured way of working, enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation as well as motivation to take on responsibility and actively help shape the emergency center
