Team Leader Electrical Commissioning Rail Vehicles

You will lead a team in the electrical commissioning of rail vehicles and are responsible for the planning, coordination, and technical support of the commissioning processes.

Tasks

• Personnel leadership, promotion, and development within the team
• Conducting employee qualifications
• Planning and coordination of worldwide commissioning processes
• Technical support for international vehicle fleets
• Preparation of offers and calculations for projects
• Troubleshooting and static/dynamic commissioning of rail vehicles
• Planning and execution of type tests and initial type approval

Profile

• Technical or personnel leadership experience
• Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electronics technician, or electrical fitter
• HF or FH additional training is an advantage
• Experience in the commissioning of rail vehicles is an advantage
• High technical and analytical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• German and English, willingness to travel of 20%
