The Regionalgericht Plessur is a court of first instance for civil and criminal matters based in Chur. Affiliated to it are the cantonal coercive measures court (Zwangsmassnahmengericht) as well as the mediation office (Vermittleramt) with the conciliation authority for rental matters of the Plessur region. The caseload is approximately 2'200 cases per year (including cases of the Zwangsmassnahmengericht), which is managed in administrative terms by the court registry with ten people. As a result of retirement, we are looking for a clerk for the Regionalgericht Plessur as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement.
