• Counseling of customers, assessment of needs and situations
• Mediation of Red Cross caregivers
• Counseling of clients as well as their relatives with the goal of enabling self-determined living at home in the long term
• Counseling and professional support of employees (caregivers)
• Participation in the expansion of relief services
• Checking applications for Red Cross discounts, assessment and processing of requests

What you bring with you

• completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or comparable training in the healthcare sector
• experience in counseling, case management or relatives' work is an advantage
• good basic commercial knowledge and proficient ICT user skills
• organizational skills, sense of responsibility, teamwork, independence, resilience
