FINMA supervises the Swiss financial market. It protects the interests of investors, creditors, and the insured and contributes to the stability and competitiveness of financial market participants through its supervision. To this end, over 800 competent and motivated employees are engaged daily.

In the Banking business unit, we offer you a position as

Main tasks

• Management, maintenance, and quality assurance of master data of the supervised entities
• Participation in the optimization and further development of internal processes and workflows
• Support in projects as well as assumption of organizational and coordinative tasks
• Organizational and administrative support for managers and specialists in the Banking business unit
• Coordination and processing of diverse administrative matters in daily business
• Active co-shaping of an efficient working environment through your own ideas and suggestions for improvement

Profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience
• Flair for data as well as a careful, reliable, and structured way of working
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and discretion
• Flexibility, resilience, and openness to change
• Very good MS Office user knowledge
• German or French language skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of the respective other language (B2) and good English skills (B2) are an advantage
