The traditional Basel restaurant Kunsthalle offers seasonal cuisine in a casual atmosphere in the brown part (Schluuch) and elegance in the white part (Restaurant) with a view of the terrace in the garden – especially in summer a popular place for Basel residents and tourists. In addition, the popular Campari Bar.

To support our kitchen team, we are looking for a creative and motivated personality by agreement.

Be a Candrian - Your tasks:

• Mise en Place work
• Independent mastery of all stations
• Independent cooking of all hot and cold dishes
• Assistance with plating and serving
• Application and control of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP

Be a Candrian - Your profile:

• Completed vocational training EFZ as a cook
• Professional experience is an advantage
• You are an organizational talent with an independent and clean way of working
• You are a dedicated team player
• You possess high flexibility and resilience
• You are responsible and creative
