Join our team of more than 300 employees and become our: What makes this mission particularly interesting and stimulating: * As a local HR Partner, you are the reference person for the HR questions of a population of approximately 80 male and female employees distributed across several departments between Berne and Montreux * You accompany, advise and support team managers in their HR reflections and actions in order to meet the needs of the organization and to promote the development of teams * You carry out the various recruitment processes within your scope, from the identification of the need to the integration of new employees * In close collaboration with your HR colleagues, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, with a focus on quality and customer orientation * You actively participate in HR team projects in order to continue to evolve our function and the HR strategy within HOTELA. What you bring to HOTELA: * Having several years of experience in a similar position, you hold the federal diploma of HR specialist or an equivalent training. * You perfectly master French and German or Swiss German, allowing you to move easily in a bilingual environment * Equipped with a strong collaborative spirit, you are known for the quality of your communication and your listening skills, contributing to creating relationships of trust and a positive work dynamic * A trustworthy, autonomous and organized person, you distinguish yourself by your ability to manage priorities, your pragmatism and your sense of responsibility.
