R&D Laboratory Technician 80-100%

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components necessary for the precise control of plasma processes, used in the production of memory chips or touchscreens for sensors, smartphones, or tablets.

R&D Laboratory Technician 80-100% #

What you will do:

• Support the laboratory manager in the maintenance and development of the laboratory infrastructure
• Development and implementation of the test infrastructure for the characterization of electronic modules according to specifications (installation construction)
• Maintenance of the laboratory infrastructure including the recording/disposal of equipment, calibrations, and repairs (including administrative support)
• Support for the procurement of laboratory infrastructure and materials according to specifications

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or automation technician
• Experience in electrical measurement, in the assembly of test benches, as well as in the planning and development of electrical control systems, experience in installation construction
• Knowledge in the field of electrical cabinets and ideally in the evaluation of safety-related machine controls
• PLC programming skills, SAP knowledge is an asset
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English as well as an autonomous, structured, and reliable way of working
