Your mission: Within a living environment welcoming 8 residents in situations of intellectual deficiency, requiring care related notably to age, you actively contribute to their well-being and their quality of life. You ensure notably: accompagniment of residents in all acts of daily life implementation of individualized projects in respect of institutional directives dispensing of care and organization of daily life activities administrative, monitoring and logistics tasks related to the function participation in the organization and management of the living environment close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as with families. Your profile: You are a committed, benevolent and dynamic person, possessing: a HES-ES educator diploma or a title deemed equivalent training and/or an interest in the Montessori method adapted to the elderly (an asset) a positive, constructive and solution-oriented mindset a driving license (mandatory) good knowledge of common IT tools.
