As part of the development of our client's activity, we are looking for a Machining Methods Technician (H/F) to strengthen the Production division team. A true actor in industrialization, you contribute to the implementation, development, and optimization of machining processes. Thanks to your expertise, you guarantee reliable, efficient, and adaptable processes to quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Machining Methods Technician (H/F) H/F MISSION DESCRIPTION Develop, program, and optimize machining programs on our different production means, ensuring their compliance and performance. Ensure follow-up of your activities and communicate project progress to various stakeholders. Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes by defining manufacturing references and production standards. Prepare, conduct, and analyze industrial tests in collaboration with production teams, then formalize results and recommendations. Keep technical data related to equipment, manufacturing ranges, and production operations up to date. Optimize machining ranges to improve productivity, quality, process robustness, and cycle times. Actively contribute to continuous improvement approaches and participate in production means evolution projects. EXPECTED PROFILE Holder of a CFC in polymechanics, an HES Engineer's diploma, a Technicien ES diploma in microtechnology, or equivalent training. You have confirmed experience in machining on CNC machines, both in turning and milling, and master ISO programming as well as FAO programming. You master CAO/FAO software, ideally CREO and GibbsCAM. You possess solid skills in machining mechanics, particularly in the choice, assembly, and adjustment of tools. You appreciate team work and like to be close to the field to support production and resolve technical issues. Rigorous, organized, and endowed with a good analytical spirit, you know how to take a step back, propose relevant solutions, and contribute to improving industrial performance.
