To complete our team in the manufacturing department, we are looking for a:

Grinder Mechanic (F/M/X) 100%

Your mission

You guarantee the micrometric precision and surface finish of our components. You prepare, set up, and operate our grinding and finishing processes.

Your responsibilities

• Set-up on centerless grinding, flat lapping, and superfinishing machines
• Set-up for tribofinishing operations
• Execution of machining operations by material removal
• Inspection of the various machined parts
• Guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards
• First-level maintenance of equipment

Your profile

• You hold a CFC in production mechanics, polymechanic, or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar function
• Comfortable reading blueprints and machining complex parts with full autonomy
• Good knowledge of ISO programming
• Methodical, solution-oriented mindset, rigor, and the ability to organize your work and priorities according to expectations
• Common use of MS Office IT tools

Place of work: 2504 Bienne (BE)

Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
