• Purchasing processing: Independent processing of the entire purchasing process
• Master data management: Carrying out master data maintenance using SAP
• Schedule and delivery management: Monitoring and coordination of order confirmations and delivery dates
• Advertising planning: Administrative management of advertising planning
• Article management: Responsible for the allocation of articles to the branches
• Interface management: Link to internal departments as well as suppliers
• Administrative processing: Processing of administrative clerical tasks

Profile ###

• Education: Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience: Purchasing area, furniture industry an advantage
• Way of working: Quick comprehension as well as reliable and efficient way of working
• Personal competencies: Customer-oriented, team player as well as independent personality
• Language skills: Good foreign language skills in French and English an advantage
• IT skills: Sound MS Office skills, ideally experience with SAP
