In this role, you are part of the Finance business unit in the Corporate Real Estate (CRES) department at Zurich Schweiz. You will take on a central role in the management of our Switzerland-wide lease portfolio, being equally responsible for commercial, administrative, and coordinative tasks, thereby contributing significantly to the professional and sustainable management of our commercial properties. What awaits you * You independently manage a portfolio of lease and sublease agreements for commercial properties over the entire contract life cycle - from negotiation to termination or extension. * You represent Zurich as a tenant and, if necessary, as a sublessor towards landlords, tenants, and other contracting partners and conduct the corresponding negotiations. * You advise internal stakeholders on lease-related issues and work closely with regional managers as well as construction project managers on site developments and tenant fit-outs. * You ensure professional deadline, data, and documentation management and are responsible for the quality of the relevant contract and master data. * You support decision-making processes with reliable information, analyses, and evaluations regarding your portfolio and actively contribute to the further development of processes, standards, and digital tools. What distinguishes you * Sound professional experience (5 years or more) in the independent management of commercial properties with demonstrable experience in the negotiation and management of lease and sublease relationships; Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or comparable further training is an advantage. * Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law for commercially used spaces as well as a strong understanding of the economic and administrative aspects of real estate management. * Strong personal responsibility, structured way of working, and enjoyment in driving topics forward holistically and independently. * Very good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite as well as a high digital affinity; experience with Planon, Power BI, or comparable applications is an advantage. * Excellent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills; other national languages are an advantage.
