Composite Specialist (m/w/d) Aerolite was founded in 1995 and has a leading position on the world market for high-quality and functional medical interior fittings for aircraft. The success of Aerolite is based on the development and manufacture of lightweight, sophisticated and customer-specific interior fitting solutions for medical missions. For our composite department, we are looking for a motivated personality with technical understanding and a precise way of working. Together, we manufacture aviation-certified medical interior fittings. Our composite components make an important contribution to safety and functionality where the highest reliability is required, and every second counts in this responsible function. You manufacture high-quality composite components from prepreg materials and accompany the production process from material preparation to the finished component. Your tasks Manufacturing of composite individual parts according to production documents and specifications Cutting of prepreg materials using modern cutting systems Inserting and processing of composite layers according to production instructions Operating and monitoring of autoclaves and ovens for curing the components Shaping, reworking and trimming of the manufactured components Carrying out quality controls to ensure a sustainable production and quality process Recording of work progress in the ERP system Regular maintenance and inspection of machines and production aids according to the maintenance and inspection plan Participation in the continuous optimization of production processes Your profile Completed technical basic training, e.g. boat builder, carpenter, plastics technologist or comparable qualification Experience in processing fiber-reinforced materials or willingness to work in this field Secure handling of technical drawings and work instructions High quality and sense of responsibility Teamwork, reliability and initiative Good knowledge of German in word and writing Your future We offer you an interesting work environment in the fascinating world of aviation.
