We are a rapidly growing global team of more than 150 employees distributed across 9 countries, and we are looking for an HR Assistant to join our People team. In this role, you will help ensure that every step of the employee journey runs smoothly, from recruitment and onboarding support to the coordination of HR administration and daily operations.

What you will take charge of:
• Coordinate HR administrative processes, including the preparation of employment contracts and amendments, the maintenance of employee files and HR systems, the management of work permits and other employment-related documents, and the processing of accident declarations and APG.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job offers, contacting universities and schools, and coordinating interview scheduling with candidates and recruiting managers.
• Coordinate the full onboarding process for newcomers by collaborating with recruiting managers, preparing onboarding plans and agendas, and ensuring a seamless experience on the first day.
• Support the HR Generalist in all other daily administrative tasks, HR projects, process improvement, and coordination of HR initiatives.

Your profile:
• You have obtained a CFC as a commercial employee, ideally in an HR or administrative environment.

• You speak French fluently and have a good command of English (minimum B2 level), allowing you to communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• You are comfortable with standard office tools and adapt quickly to new systems and software.
• You are proactive, approachable, and service-oriented, with a real interest in supporting employees and contributing to a positive work experience.
• You demonstrate discretion and professionalism in managing confidential employee information.
