For the Manor department store in Lausanne, we are looking for our new Youngstar starting 01.08.2027, in the specific field of Design and realization of shopping experiences. ##

Your responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers, be able to meet their requirements during sales interviews
• Analyze customer needs and offer them solutions
• Present trends and products, organize events and promotions for customers while creating a pleasant shopping experience
• Take charge of and process repairs, returns, complaints
• Know how to recognize retail developments and trends and implement them daily
• Be able to manage the merchandise management processes provided by our IT systems
• Communicate through different channels
• Work within several teams

Your profile

• You are endowed with the quality of approaching people even if you do not know them. You know how to convince people thanks to your way of relating in a positive and winning manner
• You will know how to transmit your innate sense for trends to others
• You have completed secondary level 1 (school with high requirements) with good grades
• You know how to express yourself in a foreign language
• You have completed the Multicheck intended for retail professionals and obtained an overall "sufficient" result
• You are ready to work on Saturdays and in the evenings
