For our partner company, a leading manufacturer in food production, we are looking for a

Shift Coordinator (w/m/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• You are the pivot point of our production and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from quality to safety.
• When things get hectic, you rise to your best form: You create structure, set clear priorities, and provide orientation to your team.
• You bring people, machines, and processes into harmony - and in doing so, you are right in the middle of it instead of just being there.
• Disruptions are not a problem for you, but an opportunity: You tackle them systematically and find sustainable solutions.
• You make improvements visible and actively drive them forward - whether via shopfloor boards, POKA, or through your own initiative.

Your Profile ###

• You are flexible, hands-on, and remain composed even in a dynamic 3-shift operation - new tools such as MES or SAP do not deter you.
• You know production from your own experience - as an Anlagenführer:in EFZ or Lebensmitteltechnolog:in EFZ.
• The food industry is your home - ideally, you even bring experience in the dairy environment.
• You think and act technically: You understand what lies behind plants (e.g., pneumatics, sensor technology, motors), recognize connections, and are able to not only fix disruptions but truly understand them.
• You lead people with clarity and respect and create an environment in which cooperation works.
