Process Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Industrialization & Production Ebauches sector, we are looking for a Process Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to intervene from the product design stage to guarantee compliance with recommendations, define and update Product-Process standards, manage the product life cycle until their industrial qualification, handle modification requests (DMPP), and lead continuous process improvement in connection with Production and Industrialization.

Responsibilities ##

• Intervene from the product definition phase during co-design to guarantee compliance with recommendations and identify potential deviations and associated impacts
• Define and update Product-Process recommendations in order to guarantee a homogeneous product across the different calibers
• Manage the entire product life cycle, from the development of new products to the end of their life cycle, notably by validating the transition to series production and industrial qualification
• Analyze, validate, prioritize, and manage the follow-up of product modification requests (DMPP)
• Propose and lead continuous improvement actions for Production Processes, in collaboration with Production and Industrialization

Profile ##

• HES engineering degree, or equivalent in mechanics or microtechnology
• Knowledge of the industrialization profession, project management, and associated tools
• Mastery of production processes (watchmaking)
• Watchmaking technical knowledge
• Risk management
• Mastery of standard office tools
• Ease in human contacts and communication
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
• Analytical and synthesis spirit and solution-oriented
• Ability to unite the resources involved
• Customer orientation
