Your Role
In this temporary position, you will support our finance team in the day-to-day business of accounts payable. Thanks to your careful and structured way of working, you ensure that invoices are correctly recorded and processed. The position is ideal for students who want to gain practical professional experience alongside their studies.

These tasks await you

• Checking and recording accounts payable invoices
• Coding and posting invoices according to specifications
• Preparation of supplier payments
• Digital filing and management of documents
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks in accounting

These skills you bring with you

• You are confident in using common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• A structured and very accurate way of working characterizes you.
• You work reliably, independently, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing complete your profile.
