What you achieve ##

• Maintenance and upkeep of the building infrastructure, the surroundings and the green spaces
• Carrying out repairs
• Carrying out painting work as well as repair and restoration work on buildings and rooms
• Organization and support during resident moves and apartment handovers
• Administration, issuance and return of aids
• Preparation of event rooms and provision of the required technical infrastructure
• Ensuring the professional and environmentally friendly disposal of materials

What distinguishes you ##

• Completed vocational training in the craft sector as well as mandatory professional experience in painting work
• Manual dexterity, strong technical understanding and a practical, solution-oriented way of working
• Physical resilience, flexibility and high commitment
• Joy in interacting with older people as well as strong service orientation
• Discreet, diplomatic and reliable personality
• Good oral and written German skills as well as good PC user skills
