Customer Advisor 100% Position based in Lausanne (with training within our premises in Genève) Your main missions: Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients; Identify client needs and propose suitable services; Ensure the follow-up of files; Make qualified appointments; Work in close collaboration with all team members; Respect and follow regulatory developments. What we are looking for: You have good interpersonal skills demonstrated by successful commercial experience; Customer-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service; You possess an excellent team spirit and know how to work autonomously; You know the Swiss or cross-border retail banking market; You have a great sense of rigor, are reactive and organized; You are proficient in Office suite tools; You speak French fluently (knowledge of German or Italian is a real asset); Knowledge of the Finnova software will be a plus.
