Manager Agogics Work and Action

For this newly created position, we are looking for an experienced leader with high agogic competence. You will take responsibility for the Work and Action area with the affiliated Leisure and Gastro offerings and shape their further development together with the team.

What you bring ###

You have a sound agogic education and several years of experience in supporting people with disabilities. You are experienced in leading a larger team: you provide orientation, make comprehensible decisions, and promote employees in an appreciative and binding manner. You think in networks, work person-centered, and implement projects pragmatically. Knowledge of ASD and AAC is desirable.

What awaits you ###

You lead a versatile team of around 10 employees. As a new management level, you create clear structures, optimize internal processes and standards, and develop these further in cooperation with the division management. Together with the team, you develop demand-oriented offerings and ensure agogic quality. At the same time, you work regularly in practice and support the areas flexibly as a substitute if needed. You work closely with the division management as well as the other areas of the AWZ and hold the specialist responsibility for AAC.
