WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOR YOU

• Management of the secretariat as well as warm and competent greeting of visitors, customers and suppliers
• Taking over the registration and control systems for all guests in the house
• Recording of orders, management of postal services and processing of incoming goods
• Precise control and accounting of incoming invoices
• Recording of working hours, services and specific order costs
• Administration, procurement and coordination of operational work clothing
• Organization of internal as well as external events and active cooperation in the emergency organization
• Reliable execution of general administrative and organizational tasks

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed commercial training or business school
• Good PC application skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP knowledge an advantage)
• German in spoken and written form, English skills an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• 40-hour week (plus 1 hr advance time for bridging days)
• 5 - 6 weeks vacation depending on age
• In case of illness 100% continued payment of wages up to max. 730 days
