• you assume the leadership of a Starbucks Coffeehouse in the absence of the Store Manager
• you positively recognize exceptional team performance and offer encouraging coaching
• in collaboration with the Store Manager, you are responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and development of your partners
• you establish daily and weekly staffing needs (schedule planning)
• with the Store Manager, you assume responsibility for all purchasing and the presentation of our products in store

as Assistant Store Manager* you are also active (approximately 80%) in the operational field and

• offer all customers high-quality beverages and products while respecting all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• offer all customers legendary service and establish a connection from the first meeting
• welcome all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their needs
• ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
