• The Goods Outbound Parcels area with several team leaders and employees ensures smooth goods shipment every day
• Together with other deputy team leaders, you report to the team leader and support him as a right hand in daily operations
• Supporting the team leader in the management of employees and ensuring a smooth, cross-shift process of daily operations
• Organization and coordination of personnel deployment in close coordination with the control center as well as ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process specifications
• Introduction of new employees and promotion of a smooth flow of information and communication within the team

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training (EFZ or EBA), ideally in logistics or a comparable environment
• Professional experience in a modern production or logistics environment
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as an independent and organized way of working
• High quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and care in dealing with people and machines
• Good German skills (at least level B2) as well as user knowledge in MS Office
