Your Tasks
Diagnose faults and propose suitable solutions
Intervene on-site with customers
Write intervention reports and ensure administrative follow-up
Provide technical support from the office (analysis, planning, customer assistance)
Collaborate with internal teams (planning, projects, after-sales service)

Your Profile
Technical training in the field of HVAC or equivalent
Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC installations
Good skills in diagnosis and problem-solving
Comfortable with IT tools and report writing
Autonomy, rigor and good customer relations
