Job description ## Within the Pôle autorisations et doléances, you are responsible for drafting decisions and determinations, then ensuring the processing of appeal procedures, supporting and advising employees, and guaranteeing compliance with legal provisions. Responsibilities ## • Investigate files in order to render administrative decisions, investigate appeals directed against decisions drafted by the Pôle autorisations et doléances • Draft administrative decisions and verify for decisions that are subject to an appeal that they comply with the law (case law) • Process, in collaboration with the director and the business referents of the pole, as well as the jurists of the Unité affaires juridiques, appeal procedures by drafting written acts within the framework of procedures initiated before the cantonal and federal judicial/administrative authorities • Handle complex files, notably authorizations requiring legal expertise • Ensure the legality of the pole's legal processes and procedures • Ensure legal monitoring, participate in the legal culture of the general directorate, and contribute to the drafting of responses to parliamentary interventions • Provide legal support and advice to the employees and managers of the pole For further information, please consult the job specification by clicking here or contact Madame Stéphanie Pisler, director of the Pôle, by email at stephanie.pisler@vd.ch.
