• 18 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Givisiez ### We are looking for a motivated operations manager with extensive experience in the recycling, construction, or industrial sectors and who demonstrates natural leadership. You will be an integral part of our team, promoting innovative approaches to improve efficiency and the development of the recycling sector. Your tasks You assume responsibility for internal operational processes from a technical, organizational, and personal point of view and ensure the supervision of about ten employees. You are dedicated to the following main tasks: • Plan and monitor production, including the use of resources and personnel • Develop personnel and initiate training or continuous education • Enter and evaluate key production figures • Monitor and, if necessary, optimize all production, storage, and sorting processes. • Close exchange of information with sales teams, technical teams, and other specialized areas • Guarantee quality, safety, and profitability • Maintain quality, safety, and profitability objectives. • Participate in daily activities and support the team • Exchange information at the group level with the relevant operations managers.
