Senior Relationship Manager Central Asia (Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan)

TIES ON AG is an executive search agency specialized in Private Banking based in Zurich, Switzerland.

On behalf of a leading international bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to develop the wealth management business with clients from Kazakhstan and/or Uzbekistan.

Your tasks
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and strategically utilizing your existing network to acquire (Ultra-)High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNW/UHNW) from Central Asia and offer them tailored investment solutions.

Your profile
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in banking as well as at least 4 years of experience in Wealth Management, combined with a proven track record in advising Kazakh and/or Uzbek HNW/UHNW clients and managing significant client portfolios.
Established and resilient network to HNW and UHNW clients in Central Asia as well as a proven ability to build and develop new client relationships.
Strong understanding of local and international financial markets, investment products, and macroeconomic developments.
Sound experience in investment advisory and/or portfolio management is a great advantage.
Completed university degree or a comparable higher education, ideally in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
Very good knowledge of Kazakh and/or Uzbek and/or Russian is desirable.
Willingness and flexibility for regular travel to Central Asia are required.
