For our small, family-run restaurant in the old town of Richterswil, we are looking for a motivated, independent, and resilient personality to strengthen our kitchen team immediately or by arrangement. Our Italian restaurant has around 40 indoor seats and a terrace with 50–60 seats. Your tasks • Support with daily preparation for the day's business according to specifications • Mise-en-place work for the à-la-carte service • Independent preparation of cold dishes and assistance in the hot kitchen • Serving and preparing food with care and quality • Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP) • General cleaning and tidying up Your profile • Experience in the kitchen, ideally in Italian gastronomy • Independent, clean, and precise working method • Reliable, resilient, and stress-resistant • Ability to be enthusiastic and team-oriented • Passion for traditional Italian cuisine as well as openness to innovation and creativity • Good knowledge of German and Italian We offer • Part-time employment immediately or by arrangement • Independent work with personal responsibility • Family-friendly work environment in a motivated team • Workplace in the beautiful old town of Richterswil If independence, sense of responsibility, discipline, and passion are a matter of course for you, we look forward to your application.
